LINESHAFT TURBINE PUMP SALES - OPEN JOB POSITION
OVERVIEW:
Looking for three+ years experience working on the job primarily selling lineshaft turbine pumps. Positions available for the following aptitudes:
- Inside applications engineer
- Outside traveling salesperson
- Startup and field service engineer
- Or any mix thereof
– While relocation is helpful, it may not be necessary for the right candidate.
– Experience with 150 HP and larger submersible turbines is a plus.
Wage or salary negotiable by experience and merit. 45-55 hrs/wk (more hours if you want them) Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. 100% company paid (no split) Regence Blue Shield PPO medical. Fully paid dental. Bonuses on personal and company performance. Vehicle and cell phone benefits negotiable for appropriate positions. Possible commission opportunity. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
High touch, relationship based, sales. Primarily in Washington and Oregon. Energetic promotion of products and services, working to build relationships with new and existing customers. Activities may vary depending on applicants strengths. System design and quotation of new projects and replacement equipment. Tenacious follow up on open quotations, and project details. Anticipation of issues, flaws, and requirements of system design, installation, and maintenance. Liaison, instruction and facilitation between installers, offices and customers. Other products may include pumps, electric motors, tanks, valves, control panels, and variable frequency drives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Three+ years experience working regularly selling lineshaft turbine pumps. Sales and customer service attitude. Works well with people. Follow through, attention to detail, determination required. Strong mechanical aptitude. Basic fluid dynamics skills…the ability to comprehend fluid motion, its relationship to system performance, and perform basic calculations.
